This gîte is situated 15 km from our mill, in the hills between the rivers Lot and Garonne on a terrain of 24 ha with forests, valleys and fields.
The terrain is great for walking. On the south-west corner of the cliff above the lake is a picknick area with a panoramic view over the surroundings. When the weather is clear you can see the snow topped Pyrenees.
Here you will find real peace and quiet!
Cerene is a restored farmers house, rebuilt as two separate houses.
One of these houses, the gîte, is located at the front of the old farmers house and has a spacious and sunny terrace, with a fantastic view towards the old village Prayssas.
The holiday home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The large bathroom has a bath with shower and a toilet.
The open kitchen is well equiped, has a ceramic cooker with four 'burners', a fridge and a microwave.
The living room has a heater that burns wood, a tv and a dvd player.
Small children can use the baby pool on the premises.
In case you want to swim or meet other guests you are welcome to use the swimming pool and other common facilities at the mill.
